What is Bizagi Ask Ada and how does it help organizations?
Bizagi Ask Ada is an AI functionality within Bizagi Apps that uses natural language processing (“NLP) to combine computational linguistics with statistical and machine learning models to understand and generate text and speech, thus, providing conversational analytics with actionable results. Results are trained on Bizagi’s data structure and only provide information authorized for each user’s function and domain. Enabled users may then deploy Bizagi Ask Ada within permitted domains to:
Make better and faster decisions. Ask Ada unlocks the opportunity for organizations to use AI to make smarter decisions that increase efficiency, and boost revenue.
Customize analyses or create self-service capabilities. Business users don’t need to send their data queries to IT as Ask Ada can deliver these directly in Bizagi Apps.
Practice responsible AI use. Bizagi’s Experience Matrix allows AI functionality to be deployed in a meticulously controlled manner that is carefully designed to protect business data, and maintaining governance throughout the user’s organization.
Can Bizagi AI be used in regulated industries?

We work closely with clients in regulated industries, such as healthcare, banking and finance, to ensure our solutions meet specific compliance requirements. How can customers leverage Bizagi ASK ADA?
Bizagi customers can leverage out-of-the box connectors for both OpenAI and Microsoft Cognitive Services. These connectors enhance productivity by assisting with customer interactions and sentiment analysis. These connectors enable users to query their own application data, facilitating better decisions and faster progress by identifying key insights and readily taking relevant actions.
Ask Ada’s conversational analytics enables end users to unlock insights without necessarily sending requests to IT and Operations to pull data. If the user is authorized to access data sets already through Experience Matrix, then the user can prompt Ask Ada to pull data and present insights. Ask Ada will present users with the relevant actions to take based on persona and context, boosting business productivity.
Can Bizagi AI be integrated with other applications?
Yes, Bizagi offers integration connectors for popular AI services. We call these “AI Connectors”:

Can Bizagi AI Solutions make mistakes?
Yes. Bizagi strongly recommends that all outputs undergo human review before implementation. To the extent that any outputs are determined to be erroneous or manifest some gap in understanding, Bizagi welcomes user feedback in order to improve Bizagi AI Tools relevance and meaningful prompts or quality of outputs.
AI systems can sometimes misinterpret the context of information, leading to errors in categorization or processing, and Bizagi always recommends a human revision process whenever interacting with Bizagi AI Solutions.

What are Bizagi AI Agents and how do they benefit organizations?
